1. About this site
accesresponsabil.ro is the website of the independent civic initiative “Acces Responsabil”, which supports amending art. 54 of Law 46/2008 (the Forestry Code). The site is informational and collects signatures for the petition, under GO 27/2002. The site operator is [name of the legal entity or responsible person — to be completed]. 2. Signing the petition
By signing the petition you declare that: (a) the data you provide is true and belongs to you; (b) you sign only once, on your own behalf or on behalf of a single organization; (c) if you sign on behalf of an organization, you have the legal right to represent it. Signatures with false, duplicate, or automatically generated data may be removed. Data processing is described in Privacy Policy.
3. Site content
The texts, graphics, and materials published belong to the “Acces Responsabil” initiative, except for elements belonging to third parties (trademarks, logos, credited photographs), which remain the property of their owners. Sharing our content for non-commercial purposes, with attribution, is encouraged.
4. Informational nature
The information on the site, including references to legislation (Law 46/2008, GO 27/2002, Law 189/1999, etc.), is informational and reflects the initiative's interpretation at the time of publication. It does not constitute legal advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every piece of information is complete or up to date.
